1st Steeping - Tea: 5 grams. Time: 60 seconds. Water: 60˚C/140˚F, 1 cup.

The Nishide Tea Factory is managed by Takashi and Atsuko Nishide and their family.
Over 140 years ago the company was established and is operated in the 6th generation. The Nishide family owns several tea fields in excellent locations to produce their famous products. To produce teas uniform in color, shape, and of course excellent in flavor the Nishide's buy additional Aracha tea (unrefined leaves) from tea farms around Kyoto and surrounding prefectures.
Nishide San holds the 6th level for tea leaf appraisal and produces green tea Matcha for Starbucks Japan.
