Our homemade Matcha Latte Powder contains rich Japanese Shogyokuen Ceremonial Grade Matcha from master blender Kobayashi San, which combined with rich milk makes thick, delicious Matcha Latte drinks.

It contains Ceremonial Grade Shogyokuen Matcha harvested in Uji, Kyoto Pref.

Since 1827, Shogyokuen has been refining the highest quality leaves from Kyoto and grinding them into Matcha for the aristocracy and samurai elite of Japan. Their philosophy remains the same as in the beginning, to offer the best quality green tea in the market. In order to achieve this they only use green tea harvested in Uji and still use traditional grinding techniques that enhance the flavor and aroma of Matcha.

 

DIRECTIONS OF USE:

Serve either hot or cold.

Place 4 to 5 heaped tablespoons (45g) of powder in a cup or glass.

Add 240ml of warm or cold milk + 2-3 ice cubes and stir well.

You can also add non-dairy milk options, especially Pistachio and Almond are delicious.

It can also be used for confectionery or as topping for other dishes like ice cream, yogurt, shaved ice, pancakes, etc.
